Traditional okonomiyaki can be mealy, but this low-carbohydrate okonomiyaki with a restaurant-style fluffy and dense texture on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Once you eat our okonomiyaki with various ingredients and fluffy batter, we are sure that you will love it. Furthermore, we have made it bigger in answer to the request from some of our customers, who said: “One okonomiyaki should satisfy me.”
We provide two kinds of okonomiyaki. We use Japanese lean pork in “Okonomiyaki with Pork”. “Okonomiyaki with Seafood” is full of shrimps, squids, and octopuses.
We have created low-carbohydrate Japanese-style sweets using ABS Dried Konnyaku.
ABS Konnyaku Dumplings range has been developed in answer to the request of some of our customers, who said: “There are a small number of low-carb Japanese-style sweets.” From dumplings made with ABS Konnyaku Rice which has been favorably received by our customers, we have created low-carb dumplings series such as “Zenzai” with fine flavored red beans, “Kinako-Kuromitsu” sprinkled with soy flour and topped with rich brown sugar syrup and “Mitarashi” which are all very comforting and nostalgic. Those Japanese-style sweets ensure that you will feel relaxed while restricting the amount of carbohydrate intake.
ABS Grilled Rice Cracker with Whole Squid has been developed in answer to the request from our customers, who said: “I want to eat low-carbohydrate rice crackers.” You might think that a normal whole squid grill is low in carbohydrate, but actually, it is high in carbohydrate. The amount of carbohydrate in ABS Grilled Rice Cracker with Whole Squid is equivalent to one-eighth of that of a traditional one.
